Step into a world where Santa knows your child’s name and favorite things! For the past three years, Santa has come all the way to Hazel Green to help make unforgettable memories for families and each year, one word stands out: MAGICAL.
This isn’t standing in a long line waiting to sit and smile for 20 seconds… This is a private, personalized visit where Santa can compliment your child on their achievements or even give a playful reminder from your Elf on the Shelf! Imagine the look of amazement on your child’s face as Santa calls them by name and shares something only they’d know!
We gather all the details ahead of time to make this experience truly special. Plus, while your children enjoy their moment with Santa, I’ll be capturing every magical interaction, along with beautiful family portraits you’ll treasure forever.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my spot?
Yes… A $100 non-refundable session reservation fee is required when booking, along with a signed agreement. Your session isn’t fully reserved until both are completed. The remaining balance is due one week before your session. Payments are all handled electronically to keep everything organized.
How many family members can join the session?
Your session includes up to 6 family members.
If you have more than 6, no worries! Additional family members are $25 each.
If your group has 8 or more, please book two back-to-back time slots to ensure a lot less stress…
and if you book a session with Santa, this ensures that everyone gets their own moment with Santa!
Can I bring the family dog for the session?
Yes! But please let us know ahead of time so we can be ready…
Even well-trained pups are excited to meet Santa!
How many images will be in my gallery?
It’s impossible to know how many total images we’ll take during your session, mostly due to the amount of cooperation and time it takes for everyone to get into the poses and interactions.
While we try to move as quickly as possible, there are limitations that don’t allow us to move at warp speed… and we certainly don’t want to interrupt Santa-time!
What if my child is scared of Santa?
No need to stress! We start with family portraits to ease your little ones into the whole process.
Santa is great at calming children, and most warm up quickly.. but some never do, so if your child still feels uneasy, we are happy to have parents jump in for comfort.
And yes, we’ll even capture those tearful moments for you to remember!
Will the setup look like what I see in the photos?
While the overall vibe will remain consistent, we change up props to keep variety in the session galleries so every family doesn’t look exactly the same!
The sessions take place in the same studio with the same Santa, but you’ll see new trees, decor,
and a few other changes each year just to give it a fresh feel.
How long until I get my photos?
You’ll get your full gallery within 10 days of your session.
While we don’t offer sneak peeks due to the quick turnaround, rest assured you’ll have your beautiful, password-protected gallery delivered straight to your inbox in no time!You’ll receive your gallery within 10 days, complete with full rights to download, print, or share however you’d like!
