ABOUT KAREN

There's nothing better than seeing the face of someone who never thought they could look as gorgeous as the person they're seeing on the back of my camera... it makes my day! 

I always say that I wish I'd have actually paid more attention in high school... You're probably thinking that I wish I'd have made better grades, had perfect attendance, etc.. but while those things are kinda true... what I really mean is that I wish I'd have paid more attention to who I was and what I wanted out of life.

See, I was on the yearbook staff (because I really loooooove photo albums!), singing in chorus (I sing on the praise team at church!), taking art (I still love to doodle and draw!), on color guard (I still twist a broomstick every time I hold one), in band (I played trumpet) and getting in trouble for talking too much (still do this too!).. Guess what? Every one of those things point to a career in the arts! Yes, even talking in class! ;) 

The point is that back then I had no idea that being creative could be a "real" job! It took me way too long -many years of sitting behind a desk- to figure it out..  so my mission with my photography business is to make my clients look and feel amazing in front of my camera!
