Do I need to pay a deposit to book my spot?
Yes… A $100 non-refundable session reservation fee is required when booking, along with a signed agreement. Your session isn’t fully reserved until both are completed. The remaining balance is due one week before your session. Payments are all handled electronically to keep everything organized.
How many family members can be in the session?
Your session includes up to 6 people. They are not required to be family members, but if you have 7-12 people and would like them to all be in a large photo, simply book two back-to-back time slots or a custom session. This not only means a lot less stress for us all, it also ensures that all the kids get their own moment with Santa you’ll get more images to choose from and we’ll all be happier by the end of the session!
Can I bring the family dog for the session?
Yes! But please let us know ahead of time so we can be ready…
Even well-trained pups are excited to meet Santa!
How many images will be in my gallery?
A good guess is about 20-50 but it’s impossible to know how many total images we’ll take during your session, due to the amount of cooperation and time it takes for everyone to get into the poses and interactions.
While we try to move as quickly as possible, there are limitations that don’t allow us to move at warp speed… and we certainly don’t want to interrupt Santa-time!
What if my child is scared of Santa?
No need to stress! Just let us know your concerns on the questionnaire! We can start with family portraits to ease your little ones into the whole process if needed.
Santa is great at calming children, and most warm up quickly.. but some never do, so if your child still feels uneasy, we are happy to have parents jump in for comfort.
And yes, we’ll even capture those tearful moments for you to remember!
Will the setup look like what I see in the photos?
While the overall vibe will remain consistent, we change up props and poses to keep variety in the session galleries so every family doesn’t look exactly the same.
The sessions take place in the same studio with the same Santa, but you may see new trees, decor,
and a few other changes each year just to give it a fresh feel.
How long until I get my photos?
While we don’t offer sneak peeks due to the quick turnaround, rest assured you’ll have your beautiful, password-protected gallery delivered straight to your inbox withinin no time! You’ll receive your gallery within 10 days, complete with full rights to download, print, or share however you’d like!
